I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and super clean. The service, particularly between employees, was much below average, but the housekeeping and welcome drink were the best. The location is simply the best, close to the metro. The dining experience could use more international options, but the smoked salmon bagels were a hit. The facilities were top-notch.

The service, unfortunately, fell below average among employees, but the housekeeping, laundry service, and welcome drink made up for it. The location is truly the best, and being close to the metro was very convenient. While the dining options lean towards the need for more international variety, the Italian dishes were a hit.
